In Loving Memory

 July 8, 1962 - October 18, 2025 (63 years old) 

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Mark J. Carron, a valued member of the Warren Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.

Mark joined the Board at a time when the Warren Housing Authority truly needed someone to step forward and serve. He answered that call without hesitation, offering his time, wisdom, and compassion to help strengthen our organization and community.

From the very beginning, he led with kindness, integrity, and vision. He had a gift for bringing people together, listening with empathy, and guiding discussions with purpose and respect. His steady leadership and generous spirit made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

Though his time with us was far too short, his influence will continue to be felt for years to come. We are deeply grateful for his service, his friendship, and the example he set through his unwavering commitment to community.

Our hearts are with his family, friends, and all who were touched by his life. He will be greatly missed and always remembered with gratitude and admiration.
